CMHC Set to Increase Premiums on Friday
In the event you were planning to purchase real estate with less than a 20% down payment it will get a little more costly as of Friday March 17, 2017. For the average CMHC-insured homebuyer, the higher premium will result in an increase of approximately $5 to their monthly mortgage payment.
